Verbatim Opt-In Disclosure

The following disclosure is shown to every customer before they share their phone number through our website chat, and is read verbatim by our voice assistant before any SMS confirmation is sent:

How You Opt In

You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Goody's Lawn Care through one of two transactional Calls-to-Action:

Website chat widget at https://lumineralawn.com — the chat assistant displays the verbatim disclosure above immediately when the chat opens, before any phone number is requested. Submitting your phone number after seeing this disclosure is the consent action.
AI voice assistant (overflow voice agent) — when calling our business line, if our automated assistant handles the call, the assistant verbally requests SMS consent before booking, using the same language above. Your affirmative "yes" is captured in the call transcript as the consent record.

SMS messages are only sent after one of these consent actions has been completed.

What Messages You Will Receive
